  • How do I submit conditions?
    1. PTD Conditions: Upload in WebTrac under: PTD Conditions - Approved Loans only; send notification email to assigned Account Manager.
    2. Suspense Conditions: Upload in WebTrac under: "Suspense Conditions"; send notification email to assigned Account Manager.
    3. Docs Out: All remaining conditions to be uploaded in WebTrac to Funding Conditions; send notification email to your assigned Funder.

  • How do I lock my loan?
    1. All loans are locked on line thru Loan Sifter - call your AE if you need assistance.
    2. All 30 day locks require a status of "Underwriter Received" in WebTrac.
    3. All 15 day locks require all PTD's to be cleared.
  • How do I order loan docs?
    1. Upload your doc request in WebTrac under: "DOC REQUEST"; send notification email to Account Manager.
